Windows Deployment Services “Light Touch” Demo
This video is a demonstration of Windows Deployment Services (based on Windows Preinstallation Envrionment 2.0) deploying a test Windows Server 2003 Enterprise R2 SP2 ‘universal’ virtual machine image in less than 30 minutes with very little interaction (meaning that the user only needs to provide domain user name and password, install path, etc.) from PXE.
The specs of the host machine are:
-P4 2.8GHz CPU
-160GB ATA100 HDD
-Gigabit LAN card based on the e1000
